Oli and Liam’s autumn wedding in Richmond Park was a dream to photograph - arguably one of the most beautiful times of year to get married there. From the morning preparations at the Richmond Hill Hotel through to the ceremony and reception at Pembroke Lodge, the day unfolded naturally, full of thoughtful personal touches, rich autumn colour and a genuinely relaxed atmosphere.
We started the day with a wander through the park for their couples shoot. It’s always great to have time for portraits before the ceremony, and Richmond Park didn’t disappoint for variety with so many great spots within a short walk. Sadly, no deer made an appearance this time, but the golden leaves, scenic views and the Shard in the distance gave us a perfect backdrop.
Pembroke Lodge is a venue that really has everything you could ask for as a Photographer - incredible light throughout the day, beautiful gardens and spaces that work effortlessly for each part of the day.
